What better way to come back from a long holiday weekend than with good news for your orders??? The shipment of all Loki Dog Bed Systems and Dog Blankets from our factory to our warehouse is set for July 25th!! 

Please note that is the day they will be shipped from our factory to our warehouse and that we are expecting to be able to ship out all orders to backers around mid-August! We will continue to provide updates and hope to have a more exact date(s) for you soon!

If there are any changes to that schedule, we will be sure to communicate those updates on here, so keep your eyes peeled!

The weather is getting great here at Rumpl HQ in Portland and our team has been enjoying time outside this summer! We know many of you are probably catching some sun and soaking up some much need time in the outdoors, so we want to focus on what we are doing to take care of our beautiful planet in this week's product highlights!

Sustainable materials

Our 30D polyester ripstop and fleece fabrics are made from recycled plastic bottles. We incorporate recycled materials whenever possible in all of our products. In 2019 alone, we removed over 3,000,000 plastic bottles from landfills. Additionally, your Travel Dog Bed will ship in a recycled poly bag instead of using virgin plastic.

Production Delay Update

Last update we mentioned there has been a production delay with the inflatable mattress that will delay the shipping for all Travel Dog Bed Systems. There are no new updates at the moment, but we will be sure to keep you all posted once we have more information!

We hope everyone is doing well and staying safe while getting a jump on the summer! Recently we  received word that the production for the inflatable mattress include in the Travel Dog Bed System is experiencing a delay in production. We were able to address the problem early and we’re happy that we are able to stem the delay to only 1 month.

• What caused the delay?

The combination of working with a new company for the inflatable mattress materials and COVID-19 complications resulted in the delay. 

• What does this mean moving forward?

We are now expecting to be able to ship orders in August and will continue to share updates over the summer.

• Will my order be delayed even if I didn't order the inflatable mattress?

Yes. We must ship all of the Dog Bed components together from the factory, so everything will be shipped as soon as production for the mattress has finished.

While a delay is never fun, we are happy to have caught the problem sooner rather than later and still plan to get your Travel Dog Bed Systems and Travel Dog Bed Blankets to you before the summer weather fades!

Factory Update: Manufacturing Underway!!

Thank you again for all the support! We're psyched for summer and hope everyone is getting to enjoy the outdoors and is staying safe!

This week we got an update from our factory and they have all of the materials for the Rumpl x Loki Travel Dog Beds and manufacturing should be under way soon! We are on track for a summer delivery, but will update you with details once we know more!
