To all our loyal Kickstarter backers and Day 1 supporters,

I’m writing this to announce a really special milestone for Rumpl. Tomorrow evening at 8 / 7c, Rumpl will appear before a national TV audience on ABC’s Shark Tank. I hope you’ll join me in watching our episode tomorrow night!

Since founding Rumpl in 2014, there have been several key turning points that I can point to that have helped us grow and become a more recognized brand. I have no doubt that this will be one of those events.

From our Kickstarter campaigns to noteworthy press mentions, each of these moments over the last 7 years have helped Rumpl reach new customers and grow organically. This means more business growth and stability and jobs, and the ability to create more great products and give back to causes we care about.

This business is fueled by the support of our customers and the continued positive reinforcement we receive. I want you to know that your support of Rumpl is what makes all of this possible and we’re stoked that you’re with us on this journey!

I’m extremely excited to share Rumpl with a national audience and hope you feel some ownership in helping us reach this next big milestone.

It has been quite the marathon, but orders have shipped and tracking emails should have been sent! We realize some tracking notifications are going out late and many of you have already received your packages, but please reach out to us at [email protected] if you cannot locate your shipping information!

Thank you all so much for your support throughout this project! All of the Rumpl x Loki Travel Dog Beds were received by our warehouse partner last week and will be shipping this week! 

As orders begin to ship, we be sure to send out tracking information as it becomes available! If you don't receive your tracking information by the end of the week, or have any other questions, please email our support team at [email protected] and they will be happy to help you out.

The date we will lock in shipping addresses is only one week away, so please make sure your shipping address is updated to the correct address by 8/19! 

As a pre-caution, there have been some delays in delivery due to COVID-19 with many carriers, so please use an address that will be able to receive the package even if it is delayed. 

If your address has changed since you originally complete the survey in December/January, please make sure to let us know and we would be happy to help. Just email our support team at [email protected] and they can take care of it for you.

We will be sure to keep you posted on shipping updates and tracking for your orders, but if you have any questions in the meantime, let us know using the email above!

Hey everyone, we hope you all are staying healthy out there! We want to start by apologizing for the tardiness on this update. As I mentioned in the previous update, the Loki Dog Beds would be shipping from our factory this past weekend and we wanted to wait for confirmation on shipping before posting a new update for you all.

We are expecting to ship the Loki Dog Beds to customers near the end of August and we will be locking in shipping addresses on 8/19! If your address has changed since you originally complete the survey in December/January, please make sure to let us know and we would be happy to help. Just email our support team at [email protected] and they can take care of it for you.
